It is with pride, joy, and love that we bring Maglio's Pizza to the Midlothian area! Owners Frank Maglio and Gina Simmons, brother and sister, always wanted to open a restaurant where families were welcomed and celebrated, great food and superior service were served, and our Italian traditions carried on.

Growing up in a big Italian family along with our brother Tom, we always remembered going to Nanny and Pop-Pop's house on Sunday for an amazing Italian dinner filled with great food, stories, and love. Our time together eating was the glue that held our crazy family together.

No matter the disagreements during the week, rough weeks at school or work — we always had Sundays!

Nanny's Kitchen

We can still smell the gravy (sauce) cooking as we pulled up to the front door. We wouldn't eat all day in hopes of filling our bellies with Nanny's amazing spaghetti, meatballs, chicken Parmesan… it was an all-out feast!

Carrying the Tradition

With our grandparents gone, it was very important to all of us to carry on the traditions, and we hope our customers get a glimpse of all the great food we had the opportunity to enjoy growing up.

Mom & Dad's Support

We are fortunate to still have our Mom and Dad to help with this journey. You will find them in either our Raleigh or VA locations, always with a smile and a warm heart — believers in our dream to serve local communities.

Meet Luis Rodriguez

The restaurant has passed over to new owner and long-time employee Luis Rodriguez, who shares our passion for family, food, and tradition.

We have a true at-home feel in our restaurant where you are always welcome, spoken to, and most importantly thanked for your continued support as we continue this legacy.

Luis has been part of the Maglio's family for years, and his dedication to the same values of quality, warmth, and community is what makes this place truly special — a home away from home for every guest who walks through our doors.
